The car gnaws on the track during operation, which is a very serious problem. Under normal operating conditions, there is a certain gap between the wheel flange of the crane and the track. The maximum gap is generally designed to be 30-40mm. However, due to some reasons such as hoisting and some factors in operation, the wheels are skewed, which makes the wheels in operation. The contact surface with the track is not in the middle of the tread, causing the car body to deviate. When the car body is skewed, one side of the rim of the crane is squeezed against the side of the track, and the rim and the track have side friction, which causes the side wear of the rim and the track. This is the main cause of the crane's deflection and gnawing of the track. The reason is that although the wheelbase and track span are correct, the centerline of the wheel tread does not coincide with the centerline of the track. When the car body is skewed, the entire crane walks on the side of the track in contact, thus causing The side of the wheel rim and the track is forcibly contacted, and the wheel and the track are severely worn, so the rail is gnawed.
